Kayla Smernoff

Kayla is a graduate of Howard University’s journalism program, where she built a strong foundation in reporting, multimedia production, and visual and written storytelling. She is currently studying at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences and pursuing a master’s degree in sociology. She is a passionate writer and designer, and is looking forward to bringing her unique perspectives and creativity into her studies and work.
